The Pink Stamper - Father's Day Challenge

The Pink Stamper is giving away a Cricut Expression (yeah!!!!). I hope I win. I have the personal Cricut and I love it but there are some things that I can cut with the baby bug. The challenge is to make a Father's Day card. I really wasn't feeling too creative today, but this is what I came up with.

PPC-CC #14

This is the color combo over at Picture Perfect Creations this week. I was having a little trouble with this combo at first, I could not figure out how to make this green work with the blue and pink. I finally decided on this tree from Give a Hoot. I love these Martha Stewart wood grain papers. The tulips are from Walk in my Garden and the little bird is also from Give a Hoot. The little flowers the bird is holding was difficult to glue....but I think it turned out pretty cute.

SPCC #49

Here is the color combo over at SPCC this week. I used my prima flowers and Cuttlebug to come up with my card. I love this embossing folder, it called script texture, and I think it adds alot to the card. I wish I had an orange and white flower with text on it but couldn't find one in my stash.

Paper Cutz Challenge #42 and Wee Memories

This week the Paper Cutz Challenge is to use a button and ribbon and over at Wee Memories the challenge is "the sky's the limit". I used the rainbow from Create a Critter and the clouds from Zooballoo to come up with my card. The ribbons and the tiny button are from Wal-Mart.

Cricut Cardz Challenge #25

This week's challenge at Cricut Cardz Challenge is to make a project with a butterfly or bird. I used this cute butterfly from Create a Critter. I cut the scalloped borders from the Just Because cartridge The papers are all from My Mind's Eye. I love these papers....so many pretty patterns and colors. The sentiment is from a set of clear stickers.

SPCC #48

This is the color combo at SPCC this week. I had a little trouble with this one....but I finally decided on the banner border from Give a Hoot and then I just used my nestabilities and cuttlebug for a background for my "Happy Birthday" stamp.

PPC - CC #13

This is the color combo over at Picture Perfect Creations this week. I think this little skunk from Create A Critter is so cute. I used some Prima flowers and a "HI" stamp that I got as part of set a couple weeks ago. It is funny, when I decided to order Create a Critter I thought I would use it mostly for things for the kids...but I just love everything on this cartridge. All the images are so cute.

Paper Cutz Challenge #41 and Wee Memories

This week the Paper Cutz Challenge was to make a project with a dog or cat. I used the cute little poodle on Create a Critter to come up with my card. I'm not really a poodle person but this little dog is too cute! I used the pillow accessory that is on the page with the cat. This week at Wee Memories the challenge is to use pink with a sprinkle of embellishments, so I added some black pearls to the pillow trim and the little ear bows.

Cricut Cardz Challenge #24

The Cricut Cardz Challenge this week is to make a project with 3 circles on it using the cartridge of your choice. I used Create a Critter to cut this cute turtle. The sentiment is from a package of clear bubble stickers I found at Big Lots. I've found several really cute items there lately.

SPCC #47

Here is the color combo over at SPCC this week. I used Zooballoo to cut the puppy and nestabilities to cut the ovals. I got this cute stamp at Michael's a few months ago and have been trying to find something to use it on. I totally agree with this sentiment. I'm not exactly sure what I would use this card for...maybe a note card or a congrats card for a new dog. Anyway, I'm happy with the way it turned out.

Paper Cutz Challenge #40

This week the Paper Cutz Challenge is to make a child's birthday card using a zoo animal. This was a fun challenge...Create a Critter has so many cute animals. I finally decided on the alligator and I think it came out really cute. I used the Cuttlebug to add some texture to him.

Cricut Cardz #23

This week the Cricut Cardz Challenge was to make a project using the color red. I used Creat a Critter and my Nestabilities to come up with my card.

Paper Cutz Challenge #39

This week at Paper Cutz Challenge we were asked to make a graduation card using any colors. I used A Child's Year to cut the hat and Just Because to cut the shaped mat.

Cricut Cardz Challenge #22

This week the challenge over at Cricut Cardz is to make a Mother's Day card using only green, pink and white. I decided to use this pretty pink and green floral paper from a MS pack that I have had for a while. The flower is the star flower from Walk in my Garden. I used a pale pink pearl brad in the center.
