What a Sweetie....PPC-CC #27
This is the color combo this week over at PPC - CC...I think this color combo is so pretty. I used my Cricut Lite Sugar and Spice cartridge to make this adorable baby card. I used my brand new Peachy Keen stamps for her little face. The mats behind the baby are cut from Lacy Labels and the sentiment is from Scrappy Moms stamps.
I got this cute pattern paper from Big Lots a while back....I think the brand is called Pressed Petals. I love the way this turned out and I can tell I am going to love these PK stamps. I love this stamped face so much more than the face the Cricut cuts. I can't wait to try some of the critter face stamps that I got.

Jitterbuggin' Challenge - Sketch 13
This is the sketch for the Jitterbuggin' Challenge this week.
I used my new B is for Boy Cricut lite cartridge to make my card. I've had my eye on this one for a while now and I finally got it this week.
I cut the little airplane from some red and blue shimmer paper from my stash. The pattern paper is from a stack I found on clearance at Joanne last week.....it is called Summer Dream from DCWV. There are some really pretty papers in this stack.
I used my new Scrappy Moms stamps for the sentiment. I love these stamps....I'm having a lot of fun with them.

Specially for You....
I hope everyone is having a great week. My twins started school this week (wow 3rd grade already) so it isjust me and my baby girl home during the day. I'm hoping I will have more time to play with my Cricut.
I wanted to share this card I made over the weekend. I actually made it for an SPCC color combo but I missed the deadline. I used Create a Critter for the layered flower and my Scrappy Moms stamps for the sentiment.

The Sky's the Limit - Cricut Cardz
They are having a color challenge this week over at Cricut Cardz Challenge . The colors are orange, yellow, blue, black and white only.
I got the inspiration for my card from Joanna over at Scrap-Making with Joanna. She has a tutorial on how to make this adorable cloud background paper with the Gypsy.
I followed her instructions and then welded two scalloped circles from A Child's Year together to make my card base. I cut the adorable giraffe from Create a Critter and the trimmed off his body. I added some Stickles to his spots and some white doodling to his mane. The sentiment is computer generated.

Flowers and A Butterfly
I got something new at the scrapbooking store the other day, it's called Smooch Spritz. They are like glimmer mists but in smaller sprayers. I love this stuff.....I used them on some white Prima flowers. I had green and white spritz but I wanted a pink flower so I added a few drops of red food coloring to the white... voila! pink flower.
I made a gate fold card using this pretty paper from My Mind's Eye. I cut the butterfly from the Paisley cartridge at 1.75" inches. I cut it twice and then layered it so the wings of the top layer could be popped up. The sentiment is heat embossed.
I going to submit this for Momo's Tuesday Challenge - Flower Power and for ...wee memories Challenge #17....Butterflies.

Paper Cutz Challenge #53
The Paper Cutz Challenge this week is to use a monkey, skunk, squirrel or hedgehog. I found this adorable paper at Big Lots the other day...it has squirrels, deer and bunnies on it. I cut the squirrel from the Give a Hoot cartridge and decided to try a Z Fold card. Mary over at CardzTV always makes these and I think they are so cute. I mounted to the squirrel to this pretty flower shape from Create a Critter. I cut a second flower for the inside of the card and stamped the sentiment. I got this stamp from Michael's last Valentine's day. It worked perfectly with my paper. I had a hard time getting a good shot of this card because of the z - fold.
It looks a lot cuter in person.

BBTB2 - Dinosaur Challenge
The challenge this week over at BBTB is to use a dinosaur on your project. I used this cute dino from Create A Critter. I love this polka dot paper that I got at Big Lots the other day, so I made him match. I used my Scrappy Moms stamps for the sentiment. This card is super simple but I think it turned out pretty cute.

Jitterbuggin' Challenge
I made this card for the Jitterbuggin' challenge this week. I got these really cute zoo papers at Big Lots yesterday. They had quite a few really cute paper packs as well as some Making Memories embellishments.
I used the Create a Critter elephant and a rub on for the sentiment. I realized after I was all done with my card that the sketch call for the sentiment to be at the bottom of the card.
Hopefully, it is close enough.

Stretch Your Imagination Icecream Challenge
The challenge this week over at BBTB is to use the Stretch your Imagination icecream cone. I used some polka dot paper from DCWV Nana's Kids for the icecream and some kraft paper for the cone and embossed it on the MS scoreboard. The green and blue mats are cut from Lacy Labels and the large polka dot paper is from My Mind's Eye.
I added some sheer ribbon and used my new Scrappy Moms stamps for the sentiment. I stamped the sentiment on a charm from Give A Hoot and attached it with pretty brad.
