You're so Very Sweet!

Hi everyone!  I hope you guys are all having a great week!  I'm so excited because I will be attending CHA this weekend in California for the first time.  I can't wait to see all the latest releases in the scrapbooking world.  I'm planning posting some pictures from the show to my facebook fan page.  Feel free to follow me there if you want to check them out!
I have a pretty card to show you today.  I made this for a magazine sketch call but it didn't make the cut.

The pattern paper is from Crate Paper, Farmhouse Collection.  The apples are from Create a Critter....I used hide contours on my Gypsy to get rid of the faces.  The sentiment is from Scrappy Moms Stamps- Dancing in Circles.
I inked the edges with Tim Holtz Distress Ink - Frayed Burlap.

Lori Whitlock Design Team Day

Hi everyone!  I have some adorable Valentine's day boxes to show you today. I used Lori Whitlock's Heart Box file.
I love this box!  It's so simple to assemble....it cuts in one piece and all you have to do is add glue on two tabs and attach a ribbon.  Lori has a YouTube channel now with tutorials for some of her boxes.

I love it so much I made three of them!

I used Echo Park's For the Record which was desgigned by Lori.  This is one of my all time favorite paper collections....it's so versatile you can use it for all types of projects.

For this box, I cut  Lori's Lock and Key file and the included heart to dress it up.  I attached key with a little rhinestone brad.

I had so much fun embellishing these....for the red one, I used a Gluber and some ribbon to create a ribbon rosette.  The pink roses on the black version are from K and Company.

Lori is having a sale today on all her files....use the code LW25 to get 25% off.  There are some amazing new boxes that were just added to the store.  Click HERE to check them out!
