Really Reasonable Ribbon - Heart Garland

Happy New Year!  I can't believe how quickly this year went by!  I jumped forward to my favorite crafty holiday.....Valentine's Day!  I made a quick and easy heart garland using this beautiful black satin ribbon from

For my garland, I cut hearts from the Sweethearts Cartridge at 3.5"h.

This pattern paper is Echo Park "Be Mine".  This is last year's collection and I recently found it at Hobby Lobby for $10.  I was so suprised to see it there!

I inked the edges with Tim Holtz "Soot" distress ink and then puched holes with the Big Bite and threaded the satin ribbon through.

Thanks so much for stopping by!  I hope to get back to my regular posting schedule now that the holidays are winding down!

  3. What a really cute idea. I may do something like that for my kids classes. I'd just have to do enough hearts for each kid to put their name on it. Thanks for sharing, I really appreciate it.
