Welcome to Lori Whitlock's Creative Team Blog Hop!
You should have arrived here from Natalie's blog.
We all have some fun projects to help you countdown to Christmas. I had a hard time deciding what I wanted to make until I saw this adorable wire ornament tree at Target.
I knew it would make an adorable advent tree.
I downsized and cut 8 each of the following boxes out of paper from Echo Park's This & That Christmas Collection that Lori designed. This collection kit is beautiful...I love every single pattern.
Hanging Heart Box (3.535"h)
Box Ornament Scallop Band (6.710"h)
Triangle Box (5.375"h)
Make sure to select the keep aspect ratio box when re-sizing.
I cut scallop circles from this file and the numbers from the 25 Day Countdown Box.
The numbers are cut from DCWV Glitter paper.
I love the way it turned out! Each little box is large enough to hold three small treats....like kisses or starburst. I plan on putting little notes with activities in some of them...like reading a special Christmas book, driving around to see lights, etc. My 5 year old is so excited about filling the boxes!
Lori is having a fantastic SALE! Stock up now on everything for your holiday projects!
