Scrappy Moms July Release - Sprinkles

Hi everyone!  I'm back today with my second card for the July release from Scrappy Moms Stamps.

I used the new Echo Park mini theme "Best Friends Forever" and this cupcake file from Lori Whitlock.   Enamel dots make the perfect sprinkles.
