Cricut Cardz Challenge #72

It's time for another Cricut Cardz Challenge.  This week the challenge is to make a Mother's Day using the card feature from any cartridge and include a flower on your card.
I decided to use my Wild Card cartridge for the card feature.  It's funny....I wanted this cartridge for a long time but now that I have it I hardly ever use it.

Card Base - Wild Card at 5.25"
Hummingbird - Pagoda at 2.2.5"
stamped with Vintage Wallpaper BG stamp from Market Street Stamps and then Smooch Spritzed
Label - Lacy Labels at 1"h x 2"w
Sentiment - Scrappy Moms Stamps - All in the Family
Ribbon - Stash
Pattern Paper - My Mind's Eye
For my flower, I gathered a piece of vintage seem binding that I purchased from ETSY with a running stitch and then hot glued it down to a 1" circle.  I added the brad in the center.  It's not perfect but I guess it looks okay!

We can't wait to see what you come up with for this week's challenge....click here to head on over to Cricut Card Challenge.

  7. I like what you did with the ribbon. I didn't know that pagoda had a hummingbird...good to know. It turned out very pretty. I really like the wild card cart., but find I hardly ever use it as well. You've inspired me to pull it out and use it. TFS.
