New Scrappy Moms Stamps!!!!!

Happy Friday everyone!  I'm so excited because today we begin sneak peeks for TWO new sets of Scrappy Moms Stamps.  For my card today, I used Good Eats....this set is just FABULOUS!  I just love it and had such a hard time deciding which sentiment I wanted to use first.

Here is my card....

I used my favorite paper pack of all time....K and Company, Carolyn Gavin.  I love this paper....I wish I could buy a whole stack of just this print!  The basket is from Pop-Up Neighborhood. It has apples with it but I cut that portion off and then cut some Create a Critter apples (hide contours to hide the face).  My card base is 4-1/2 x 6-1/4.  I have a whole box of A6 size envelpes so I've been doing a lot of cards this size.  The red cardstock is Bazzill Basics.  I love this card....the color combo is so bright and happy.

Stop by tomorrow to see another cute card with the second new stamp set Yankee Doodle Dandy.  This is perfect for July 4th and for honoring all our Military heros.

Be sure to check out all the amazing projects from the rest of Scrappy Moms Design Team.

And our Guest Designer this month, Sandra.

For the Kiddos! Blog Hop

Welcome to the For the Kiddos! Blog Hop hosted by Laura at Makin' Pretty Things
If you arrived from Anita's blog then you are headed in the right direction. If you stopped stopped by for a visit, click here to start at the beginning. This hop is all about kids...either a project for a kid or something you create with your child. I decided to make a child's birthday card.
I cut this cute little poodle from Create a Critter at 2.75".  The circle mat is from Sugar and Spice at 3.21".  For the pink mat I used my Martha Stewart Elegant cake art cartridge and deselected the aspect ratio link on my Gypsy so I could make two borders that were 2" x 5.5".  I flipped one and then welded them together.   The sentiment is from the Scrappy Moms Stamps set -  Amusing Animals.  If you have Create a Critter, then you need this stamp set....the sentiments are all so cute!

It wouldn't be a hop without some BLOG CANDY!
Please make sure your a follower and leave a comment on this post for a chance to win these goodies...

You should have arrived here from Kristin's blog but if you just stopped
by for a visit click here to start at the beginning.

Now on to my card...
I made my card bigger than usual....it's 5 x 7.  The bunny is from Create A Critter and I just can't believe that I haven't cut this before.  It's so adorable and so goes together so easily.  I just love the layers on CAC....I wish more of the cartridges had this type of layering.  The bunny was cut at 4"h.  The basket and eggs are from Doodlecharms and I think they are 2" (sorry, forgot to write this down).  The grass is from Zooballoo and is cut at 1.5"h and trimmed to fit the width.  All the pattern papers are from K and Company and this pretty rainbow ribbon is from Joann.  The sentiment is from the Scrappy Moms Stamps set - Spring Fling.

Now for some BLOG CANDY!!!!

April Fool's Day Blog Hop!

Welcome to the Aprl Fool's Day Blog Hop!  Thanks so much to Cristina from Crafting with Cristina for letting me join in on the fun! If you arrived from Mel's blog then you are in the right spot.  If you just stopped by for a visit, click HERE to start at the beginning.

We were asked to create a fun project in honor of April Fool's Day.  For some reason, I had a hard time deciding what to do....so I have two cards to show you.

For this card, I used Smiley Cards for the base and Create a Critter for the cow.

I was trying to come up with something really funny....and then I saw this cake on Smiley Cards.  He looks like I feel as I quickly approach the big "4-0"  The sentiment is from the Scrappy Moms set - Kids, Inc.  It has an exclamation point at the end but I removed the ink from that and added in a "?" with a marker.   I think it turned out really cute. I put the cake on a wobble...this is the first time I've used one.  They are so fun!  This candle paper is from K and Company.

Now for some BLOG CANDY!  Please become a follower of my blog and leave a comment on this post for a chance to win a $10 gift card to either Michael's or JoAnn.  I'll use Random.org to draw a winner on Monday.
