Cricut Cardz Challenge - Hootie Halloween

It's time for another Cricut Cardz Challenge!  This week the challenge is Hootie Halloween....make a Halloween card with an owl on it.  There are so many adorable owls I had a hard time deciding which cartridge to use.  I finally decided on
Hoot and Holler.

The owl is cut at 2.75" and the hat, from Happy Hauntings, is at 1.5" (I think).  The glitter paper on my owl and the plaid background paper are DCWV.  The print paper is from an old dictionary that I got at the thrift store.

Welcome to the Flaunt it Fridays - Friday the 13th Blog Hop!  Sorry for the delay...as you probably know Blogger has been out of service and we were not able to post to our blogs.

I cut this cool frame from Happy Haunting at 8".    The Friday the 13th is cut at 2" (I think, forgot this info at home).  I think this will be great to display a pictures of the kids in their Halloween costumes.

For my second project, I made simple card.
The card base is 5" x 5" and the hat is cut at 3".  This awesome banner shape is also from Happy Hauntings and I cut it at 1"h.  The sentiment is from Scrappy Moms Stamps.

Good Morning everyone!  This is my last week as guest designer over at Picture Perfect Creations.  I have so much fun working with these beautiful color combos.  Here is the color combo for this week's challenge...
I have to admit...this one was pretty difficult for me! I finally decided on a Halloween card. I have been wanting to cut this witch's shoe from Happy Haunting and thought these color would be perfect.

The Trick or Treat is also cut from Happy Hauntings.  Click HERE to head on over to PPC to play along with this fun color challenge.

Paper Playtime #

This week the challenge at Paper Playtime is to use a spider web, a pumpkin or both on your project.  I decided to use both.  I really liked this fence from Happy Hauntings.  I cut off the raven and added a spider web, pumpkin and "Beware" (all  from Happy Hauntings).  The spider is from Doodlecharms.
I had to resist the urge to add ribbon to this...I don't think ribbon and spooky go very well together :o).  Hop on over to Paper Playtime to play along with us and to see what all the other Paper Queens have in store for you this week.

This week the Cricut Cardz Challenge is to make a Halloween Z or S fold card using any cartridge or color. I recently bought this adorable spider paper from K and Company.  I cut the spider web from Happy Hauntings out of cream glitter paper and mounted it   to a black circle cut from Create a Critter.  This cute spider is from Doodlecharms.

The inside of my card has another web and circle and the Boo is cut from Happy Hauntings.  Head on over to Cricut Cardz Challenge to play along with this fun challenge.

Cricut Cardz Challenge #42

I hope everyone is having a nice week.  This is my second week on the design team over at Cricut Cardz Challenge and I had a much easier time with my card this week.

The challenge this week is to make a Halloween card using the card feature from any cartridge using any colors you'd like.

I used the card base and frame from Stretch your Imagination and I cut this scary pumpkin guy from Happy Hauntings.  I wasn't sure about this cartridge when I received it....but I'm really starting to like it.  I found this cute stamp at Michael's yesterday in the dollar bin...so cute!  This was a super fun card to make.  Click here to head on over to CCC to play along with us.
