Jinger Adams Design Team Call

Happy Friday!  I hope you guys all have something fun planned for this weekend.  We have opening day of baseball/softball season on Saturday so things are about to get really busy!  We love it!

I have a cute project to show you today that I made for the Jinger Adams Design Team call.

I cut this cute little Russian doll with my Cameo.  The file (along with the little flags) is from Lori Whitlock

This beautiful floral paper is from October Afternoon- Sidwalks Collections.  I love this entire collection but this pattern paper is my favorite.  I'm  a little sad that it is almost gone.

I made made this little gift bag/box to coordinate with the card.  The box is from Dollar Tree. You can purchase twelve of these for a $1.  I keep them on hand....there are perfect for little treat bags but would also hold a small gift.....like earings or a gift card.  The flower is also from Lori Whitlock....I cut it in three sizes and then added some Martha Stewart glitter.  I had to resist the urge to add a ribbon to this...apparently I think everything needs a ribbon!  I even had one tied to the handle but decided it was better without it.

The senitments on both project are from the Scrappy Moms Stamps set - Mini Messages.

Thanks so much for stopping by!

Lori Whitlock Design Team Day

Hi everyone!  I have a cute project to show you today using this adorable new Woven Basket file.  This little basket is so cute and very durable.

I cut the base of the basket from this really pretty green paper from Bazzill Basics.  The floral pieces are from Echo Park's - This and That Graceful collections which Lori designed.  I love this paper....one of my favorite collections EVER.  If you decide to make this little basket, be sure to weave the strips BEFORE you form the basket.  Somebody, ahem, watched the YouTube tutorial after she made the basket.....

The little strawberry's are from Lori's Strawberry Box file.  I cut these at 50% and they are so adorable.  I used Echo park Dots and Stripes for two of them and the third is from the Graceful Collection.

Be sure to stop by Lori's shop and check out the amazing new files she just added.

There is a shadow box, a bird cage, and several other fabulous new files for Spring.

Scrappy Moms Stamps New Release

Hi everyone!  I'm so excited to share with you the latest release from Scrappy Moms Stamps.  They have just released an adorable new stamp set and a SURPRISE! The design team was even surprised!
The new stamps are called Spring Fair......and they are so adorable.

Aren't these the cutest?!

Here's my card.
The little lamb is by Sarah Bailey from the Silhouette store.  The oval is a nestability and this awesome ribbon is from Really Reasonable Ribbon.  I think the little lamb is so cute and goes perfectly with the sentiment.

Now for the SURPRISE!

Scrappy Moms has released this adorable Pinwheel Die.  It makes pinwheels super easy to make....it only takes a couple of minutes to assemble.   Sarah over at Live Love Scrap has a tutorial on how to use the die with the Cuttlebug.

Here's what I did....

The pinwheels are fastened with some tiny gem brads and then hot glued to a wooden skewer. I put some foam in this tiny little bucket and added some paper shreds.  I realize now that I forgot to add a bow and sentiment.  This would make such a cute little gift for someone or a great table decoration.

Be sure to visit the rest of the Design Team to see all there fabulous projects. We also have a Guest Designer this month!
Head on over to Scrappy Moms to get these awesome stamps and the pinwheel die!

Lori Whitlock Design Team Day

Hi everyone! I hope you guys are all having a great week!  I can't believe it's March already.  We are already getting a taste of the South Texas heat and I'm not ready for it yet!

Today I have a really cute project to show you using some of Lori Whitlock's new files.

I cut her new Easter Baskets files.  I used the Echo Park - Happy Days Collection which Lori also designed.
The little baskets are very easy to put together and so fun to embellish.
The Easter eggs on the top basket are also Lori's files.

These would make great classroom party favors!

Lori just added some great new files for St. Patrick's Day!  Head on over to her store to check them out.
