Really Reasonable Ribbon - Ornament

Hi everyone!  Today is my Desgin Team day for Really Reasonable Ribbon. For my project today, I have a pretty ribbon ornament.

These are so fun and easy to make!  I have a little mini tutorial over on the Really Reasonable Ribbon blog.

You can also make these pretty balls into topiaries.  Here is one I made for July  4th.

To create this pretty topiary...cut 4" length of ribbon and hot glue the ends together for form a circle.
Use straight pins to attached the loops to a foam ball.

Cricut Cardz Challenge - Say it with S

Hi everyone! It's time for another Cricut Cardz Challenge!  This week the challenge is "Say it with S".  Make a Christmas project using something that starts with S...any color, any cartridge.

I used Winter Woodland for my card.  I love this cartridge....some many pretty winter images with very easy layers.

I cut the sleigh 2.5"h from Winter Woodland and the scallop rectangle from Elegant Edges at 4"w.  The pattern paper and the sentiment sticker are from Echo Park - Seasons Greetings.  I added some pearls for the holly berries and some twine to finish it off.

We can't wait to see your projects.....click here to link up!

Scrappy Moms Stamps - Terrific Tuesday Challenge

Hi everyone!  It's time for another Scrappy Moms Stamps - Terrific Tuesday Challenge.  This week we are using the From my Kitchen cartridge.  If you don't have this one just use a similiar cut or SVG.  We want everyone to play along!

For my card I used the blender cut.....

All the pattern paper is from Echo Park - Happy Days.  I can't tell you how much I love this collection!  It's so bright and happy.  The sentiment is from Scrappy Moms Stamps - Freshly Brewed.  This set was intended to go with coffee/tea cuts but I thought it would be so cute with the little blender.
This black satin beautiful ribbon is from Really Reasonable Ribbon.
This is probably one of my favorite cards EVER!  I just love the way it turned out!
We can't wait to see your cards....click here to link up your project!

You should have arrived  here from Natalie's blog.  If you just stopped by for a visit, click here to start at the beginning.  For my project, I created a holiday planner using quite of few of Lori's fabulous files.  I thought this would be a great way to keep all the holiday lists organized.  After the holidays, I can add some pictures and it will be a keepsake, too!
I used the Tabbed Mini Album as the basis for my album. I cut the pages out of old manilla files first and then adhered my designer paper.  Almost of the paper on this project is from Echo Park's -Season's Greetings which was also designed by Lori.  This beautiful snowflake shape is from Lori's Christmas set #2.
I used the knife tool in the Silhouette Studio software to cut off the bottom 3" of the the page to create a pocket.  I used red line tape to stick it to the page.  I cut the little packages from the Christmas Set #2.  I used part of the library pocket bracket card to create my list (black). The "nice list"is part of the Season's Greeting Collection Kit.  Imatted it with some paper from the collection.

For this page, I cut the pie from the fall set and the tag is also from Christmas Set #2.

The ornaments on this page and the holly on the next page are from the Christmas Set.  The stickers for my titles are also from the Season's Greetings Collection Kit.  The red paper on these is from Bazzill Basics.

Wow!  That is a long post.....I hope you like my album.  Your next stop is Joy.  Thanks so much for hopping with us!

Hi everyone! I hope you all had a great weekend.  I have another cute card today using the newest Scrappy Moms Stamp set - Freshly Brewed.  This set works perfectly with the Cricut Lite cartridge Love you a Latte.

Echo Park Fresh Face Designer Submission

Hi everyone!  I've been wanting to submit an application from Echo Park's Fresh Face designer call for the last few months but always seem to run out of time.  So I decided to get it done for sure this month!  If you've followed my blog for a while you know I LOVE Echo Park.  Here are a few of my favorite projects that I've made recently using Echo Park.

This is a little mini album I made using a tutorial from K Werner Designs.

I used paper and elements from the For the Record collection and a few stamps from Papertrey Ink.

I think this would be a funway to carry a few important lists and photos around with you and I love the fact that it is made with one sheet of paper.

My second project was created the Echo Park Apothecary Emporium collection.  I used a SVG file from SVG Attic for this pretty witches hat.  I gathered some black party streamer with my sewing machine for hat band.

My third project was created using the For the Record Collection.  I used the Cricut Lite Cartridge Lacy Labels for the mat behind the Echo Park typewriter and for my sentiment.

I added a piece of vintage lace from my stash and a sentiment from Scrappy Moms Stamps.

These are just a few of my projects with Echo Park.  I had a difficult time deciding....I love all the projects I've made with these fabulous paper collections.

Thanks so much for stopping by!

Hooray, It's Turkey Day!

Hi everyone!  Today is my first post as a member of the Really Reasonable Ribbon Design Team.  They have the most amazing variety of ribbon and trim....you're definitely going to want to check them out.

I made a super cute Thanksgiving card using the orange ribbon from the Fall Twill Assortment.  I love how easily this ribbon ties...the bow came out perfect.

I cut my card base from Wild Card and the turkey from Simply Charmed at 1.75"h.  The label is from Once Upon a Princess and the sentiment is from the Scrappy Moms Stamps set - The Charmed Life.

It's also time for a new Cricut Cardz Challenge....the challenge is to make a Thanksgiving card using any the card feature off of any cartridge. Head on over to CardzTV to link up!
